Dough
375g butter
2 tsp cardamom
300g almond flour
300g powdered sugar
270g flour
3 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp salt
9 eggs
Garnish
300ml whipped cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Melt the butter.
In a bowl, mix the cardamom, almond flour, powdered sugar, wheat flour, vanilla sugar, and salt.
Stir in the eggs.
Add the butter and mix until you have a smooth dough.
Pour the dough into a baking pan (approx. 40 x 30 cm) lined with baking paper or greased and floured.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 20–25 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
For Garnishing
Whip the cream, fill it into a piping bag, and spread it over the cake.
Dust with powdered sugar.
